His professional motivations include radically transforming the healthcare space, a space that's so critical to the future of our people.
Through program development, revenue generation, cash management and risk mitigation, Jason works diligently to get resources back into the communities that need them most.
Lexi Bergevin
Operations Manager
Lexi has been building scalable systems & supporting bold leadership cultures in the behavioral health space since 2018. Through management positions at both Allina Health and RS Eden and now One Arrow Group, she prioritizes operational excellence in order to create a strong foundation for sustainable, high-impact services.
Lexi is most passionate about creating environments where people feel empowered, supported, and set up for success. At her core, she’s driven by a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
